Loving Past the Pain

I believe a skill that i have is the ability to love beyond being wronged, hurt, dismissed, counted out, ect. I call this a skill because everyone can not do that. As a child i was always the over weight kid who kept to myself. I didn't have a lot of friends and the one's i did have i could count on one hand. Kids are mean little creatures, but mean adults are worse. I promised myself at around the age of 15 that i wouldn't be one of those adults to talk about children or adults. I know that hurt and don't want anyone to be hurt behind words that i have spoken. The walk of love is a hard and daily walk for me, but i have learned to tune out stupidity and K.I.M. (keep it movin). People always are going to have something to say no sense in entertaining their lack of knowledge 

Me in a nutshell!

Good morning! My name is EliciaWhitten. I am from Cleveland, Ohio. I am a single mother of 2 beautiful chilldren age 10 (almost 11) and 3. I moved to Murfreesboro almost 7 years ago to be closer to my sisters. What a change that was for me. I feel like I live in the country compaired to what I came from LOL, but I have adgusted well. My pop culture intrestes are very limited as my children monopolize ALL my time. When I have some free time which is very rare, I am an R&B, Jazz, and Gospel kind of chick. I love music. i have loved music since i was a child. In my younger days I played the flute, but I let that go when I had my first child. She was more important than me playing and paying for the instrument! As you can see, I am all about my kids. They are my world.

I don't have any formal history in reasearch and arguments. I was never intrested in the talking thing as i like to stay to myself and watch from a distance! As the oldest child, I do tend to argue in that sense very well. I have the final say in those arguements. Sometimes! This blogging and talking online is very new to me, so I don't do any online discussions. I'm sure this will be quit the experience for me.
